LANDMARKS
Previously known as the Bridge of Burlada. The bridge was constructed in the mid-XIX century in order to join up with the road to France through the Baztan Valley. Later, the bridge was also used to reach the road to France via Roncesvalles, which was laid at the end of the XIX century. Consequently, the bridge came to substitute those of Pedro and La Magdalena, until then used for communication between Pamplona and the north of Navarre.
